Baked Brie with Bailey's Irish Cream and ExlPure Maple Sugar
Ingredients
1 wheel of Brie, approximately 375g
250 ml Bailey's Irish Cream
125 g ExlPure Maple Sugar
125 ml toasted pecans
Preparation
Step 1
In a frying pan at medium heat, toss the pecans for 5 to 10 minutes or until toasty and fragrant.
Step 2
In another pot, bring the Bailey's and ExlPure maple sugar to a boil and simmer 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add the pecans to the sauce to warm them, 2 minutes. Let stand 15minutes.
Step 4
Warm your Brie in the oven for 10minutes at 175 C (350 F).
Step 5
Remove the Brie from the oven and pour the sauce over the warm cheese.
Step 6
Decorate with fresh strawberries and serve warm with sweet crisps.
