Description

The ExlPure® Haskap Syrup is made with 100% pure juice extracted from Canadian Haskap berries (Lonicera caerulea) and is sweetened with 100% pure maple sugar.

Application

The ExlPure® Haskap Syrup naturally releases several berry flavors in addition to the maple flavor. Its sweet and slightly acidic taste gives it great versatility for a wide variety of culinary applications. It can be used in all sorts of beverages, alcoholic or not, either for its flavor, its consistency or as a coloring. It is perfect as a coulis on desserts such as cheesecake, ice cream and sorbets, but it can also be used in sauces, on meats, fish, salads, fruits, cheeses, yogurt, incorporated in desserts, etc.

Made with 100% pure haskap juice and maple sugar, the ExlPure® Haskap Syrup is a deep red, sweet and slightly acidic viscous liquid. It releases the flavors of the blueberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and maple. It contains no other ingredient, artificial flavor or additive.

Storage

It may be kept at room temperature before opening and refrigerated after opening. It may also be kept in a warehouse at a normal temperature.

Declaration

The ExlPure® Haskap Syrup contains only the juice from cold pressed Canadian haskap berries and maple sugar from New Brunswick, Canada. These two ingredients are 100% pure and contain no known allergens (peanuts, eggs or dairy) or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
